Update
With this update the autofocus function operates properly in live view mode when used with EOS 760D or the EOS 750D.
The new version of the ROM data will be integrated into all new production from May 2015.
The modification can be done by updating the firmware data at a Tamron authorized service center. For handling procedures please contact your local distributor.
Note: This overwrite service will only apply to products which were legally and officially imported into the EU, Andorra, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey or Ukraine, and distributed by an authorized Tamron Europe distributor (see also: Grey market).
Identification of Firmware Status by Serial Number
- Locating your serial number. The serial number is located on the barcode sticker on the packaging as well as on the lens between the zoom ring and the focus ring.
