When I turn on the Model B018 or when I press the shutter button halfway, the viewfinder image moves. Is this a malfunction?

Model B018 uses an electromagnetic lock method locking the VC lens in the centre of optical system using electric power supplied by the camera. Therefore, when the camera power is turned on or the shutter button is pressed halfway, the viewfinder image will move but is not a malfunction.
When shooting with the camera fixed on a tripod, turn on the camera power and decide the composition with the shutter button pressed halfway.
