For chargeable repairs, please complete our Tamron Service Form and send your lens directly to our official UK Tamron
Service partner along with the received and approved Tamron Service Form with your Tamron Lens Return Number.

Once your lens has been received and entered into our system, we will check the specified fault. An estimate will then be sent to you before we go ahead with the repair.
If you have any sample images that will help explain the fault you are experiencing more accurately, please send them along with the equipment. You can also use our Transcontinenta WeTransfer channel to send us images (referencing your returns number).
