For non-warranty repairs you always will receive an estimate for the work that is required.


You have then three possible options:

  1. If you approve the estimate then we will go ahead with the repair as specified.
  2. If you refuse the estimate then we will return the lens to you.  The only charge will be the return postage fee.
  3. If you refuse the estimate, but wish for us to dispose of your lens, there will be no charge.
